New Pathways, Inc. has partnered with area churches to provide transitional shelter and comprehensive support services to homeless families with children from the five county areas of Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine. During the day the families receive case management and skills training from New Pathways' staff. At the end of the day the families are transported to the current host church where they receive three meals a day, hospitality and private sleeping areas.
